Mr. Sanjeewa Batuwita was appointed to the Company as Chief Financial Officer in December 2020. He is responsible for overall finance and commercial management of Contratech WLL A strategic and innovative finance leader with a unique mix of business experience. Track record of providing real solutions towards actionable commercial outcomes along with achieving strategic operational efficiency. Leading large teams to drive exceptional customer value by partnering with prominent business leaders in providing high quality, challenging and status quo changing insights deriving maximum business benefits.
Mrs. Nasreen Pachapur

Mrs. Nasreen Pachapur, progressive Human Resources Manager with vast experience in employee benefits, policy implementation, employee wellness projects & employee engagement schemes. She plays a key role in planning, execution, coordinating, administering & spearheading the Human Resource Department with enthusiasm, cheerfulness and a strategic approach
Mr. Nikunj Pateliya
(B.E.ELECTRICAL, CRPEP LICENCE)
Mr. Nikunj has fifteen plus years’ experience in Estimation, Construction and Business Management related to MEP and E&I Engineering. He has deep knowledge of market pulse and trends for the execution of different construction and maintenance projects like Multi-storey Buildings, Stadium, Residential and Commercial Compounds, Restaurants and Showrooms, Factory and Refinery, Warehouses, etc. He is also knowledgeable of every type of technical services integration to Interior, Fit-out, Civil and Maintenance Sites. Nikunj provides high quality service and relationship solutions to local and international customers.
Mr. Rajaram A.V
(B.E. MECHANICAL, CRPEP LICENCE)
(Head / HOD – MEP)
Mr. Rajaram with over 17years’ experience in engineering and contracting business, and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from MS university, India, is one of the developers of MEP division in the organization. He is responsible for Design, Planning, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MEP services. He performs the key role to add business to the company, managing the MEP division and meeting the project deadlines without compromising on quality standards.
Mr. Cheran Veeracholan
(B.E. ELECTRICAL, CRPEP LICENCE, MTC ENGINEER LICENSE, HV AUTHORISATION)
(Head / HOD – EDD)
Mr. Cheran Veeracholan with 12 years proven experience in Electrical Distribution (11kV, 22kV, 33kV) and Substation Maintenance (11Kv, 33kV) heads the EDD division. He plays a key role in managing the overall department in terms of EDD compliance, planning, installation, termination and joints, testing and commissioning etc.
Mr. Sudesh Kumar
(B.E. ELECTRICAL, CRPEP LICENSE – CAT B / EWA (INST) AND HV AUTHORISATION)
( Project Manager – MEP )
Mr. Sudesh Kumar with 15+ years proven experience in the field of Electrical LV and HV installations. Holding Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mangalore University, India with adequate technical knowledge in MEP installations and Contracting. Plays key role managing the overall MEP department in project Management, Planning, Designing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MEP services with quality and timely delivering of the projects.
